Questions
Before you book
How old do I need to be to self-drive?
Drivers must be at least 23 and have held a full driving licence for three years. Chauffeur-driven hires have no age limit.
Is there a minimum hire period?
Chauffeured hires can be booked for a single day. Self-drive hires have a 2-day minimum, and self-drive hires picked up on a Friday have a 3-day minimum, with the vehicle returned on Monday.
Can I drop the car somewhere else?
Yes. Choose "Different drop-off" in the search. Drop-offs within Nairobi attract a small convenience fee, and drop-offs in other towns are quoted separately.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, M-Pesa (Paybill and Till) and bank transfer by EFT or RTGS.
Is there a charge for pick-up or drop-off?
Yes. Vehicle delivery and collection, including at JKIA and Wilson Airport, carry a small convenience fee, which is shown on your quotation. For airport pick-ups, your chauffeur tracks the flight and the first 60 minutes of waiting carry no extra charge.
Can I drive to Uganda or Tanzania?
Yes, with five days' notice so we can arrange cross-border insurance and papers. Most clients take a chauffeur for these trips.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Corporate accounts follow the terms in their agreement.
